A Message from Our Parish
We understand that your personal information is just that: personal. As stewards of trust and faith, we are committed to treating your data with care, transparency, and responsibility. This policy outlines how we manage the information you may share with us.

  • Event sign-ups or ministry participation
  • Prayer requests or other voluntary forms

This site is designed for and intended to serve the local parish community. We respect your privacy and do not share or sell personal information. Photos may be taken at parish events. If you wish to opt out or request removal from parish media, please contact the parish office.

We do not collect or store your credit card or financial data—this is handled securely through Tithe.ly.

2. Why We Collect It
We collect only the information necessary to:

  • Manage stewardship and donations
  • Communicate parish news and events
  • Respond to inquiries or prayer requests
  • Planministries and volunteer efforts

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

  1. Photography and Community Media
We believe in celebrating the life of our parish, and part of that may involve sharing images from our services, events, and ministries.
  • If a child is the focus of an image (e.g., featured in a ministry highlight), we seek parental consent before publication.
  • General event photos may include parishioners or visitors, but we honor all removal requests promptly and respectfully.

If you’d like to opt out of event media or have an image removed, simply email or call the parish office.

5. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect all personal data stored digitally. Access is limited to those with pastoral or administrative responsibility. We do not share data outside of the parish without clear necessity or consent.

6. Your Choices
You are always welcome to:

  • Request a summary of your data
  • Ask for corrections or updates
  • Remove yourself from email or photo use
  • Inquire about how your data is used
  • Reach out to us at info@htsngoc.org with any questions.
  1. Updates
We may revise this policy to reflect parish needs, digital updates, or legal best practices. All revisions will be posted with an updated effective date.
